From 59th Street (Queensborough) Bridge:
Take the lower level of the bridge and follow signs to Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east). Take Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east) for approximately 2.1 miles until 68th street. Turn left onto 68th street and bear right. Take 68th street for approximately 4/10 of a mile (3 traffic lights) to 30th Avenue. Continue straight. 68th street becomes Boody Street. Continue on Boody Street and follow signs to Grand Central Parkway (east) / Eastern Long Island. Continue on Boody Street  for approximately ½ mile. Boody Street will run into Astoria Boulevard. Follow sign to Grand Central Parkway (east) / Eastern Long Island. Take the entrance ramp to the Grand Central Parkway / Eastern Long Island.  Take the Grand Central Parkway (east) to exit 9E, Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east). Bear right and follow sign for Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east) Shea Stadium. Bear left at bottom of exit ramp. Take Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east) approximately 1.1 miles to Bowne Street. Turn right (south) on Bowne Street. Proceed straight (south) on Bowne Street for three traffic lights (approximately 2/10 mile) to Roosevelt Avenue. Turn left (east) on Roosevelt Avenue. Proceed straight (east) on Roosevelt Avenue for ½ block. Winston Tower is on the left (north) side of the Avenue between Bowne Street and Parsons Boulevard, 143-51 Roosevelt Avenue.

Alternate from 59th Street (Queensborough) Bridge:
Take local road portion of Queens Boulevard (east) approximately 1.8 miles to entrance for Brooklyn Queens Expressway (also called 278) (east)(just past 65th Place). Take Brooklyn Queens Expressway (east) to exit 42, Grand Central Parkway (east) towards La Guardia Airport / Eastern Long Island. Take the Grand Central Parkway (east) to exit 9E, Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east). Bear right and follow sign for Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east) / Shea Stadium. Bear left at bottom of exit ramp. Take Route 25A, Northern Boulevard (east) approximately 1.1 miles to Bowne Street. Turn right (south) on Bowne Street. Proceed straight (south) on Bowne Street for three traffic lights (approximately 2/10 mile) to Roosevelt Avenue. Turn left (east) on Roosevelt Avenue. Proceed straight (east) on Roosevelt Avenue for ½ block. Winston Tower is on the left (north) side of the Avenue between Bowne Street and Parsons Boulevard, 143-51 Roosevelt Avenue.
